This allows us to focus on what we do best – providing a thorough and meticulous cleaning service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
Any cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price. We have implemented this policy to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients while managing our resources efficiently.
We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment for every job we perform. Our cleaners wide range of cleaning products at no extra cost. Now if you have special requirements and special products you want the professional to use. Just provide it. And tell them how to use is. We won’t be hold accountable for damages done with you products.
No. Because we work on an 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. schedule, Monday - Friday and Sunday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
We treat every single home we clean with the utmost respect. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our residential housekeepers are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.
We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential housekeepers undergo extensive training to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.

If you choose to provide a tip, you can give it directly to our cleaning team members or include it in your payment for our services. 100% of the tip amount goes to cleaners.
